Unauthorized use

My account has been hacked and someone transferred money out and then have initiated a transfer out from my bank. How do it resolve this. The resolution center doesn’t work. For either one

keep calling or sending messages telling them it wasn't your credit card the money got transferred to

Thanks a lot!! I was finally able to get through to an agent through message center. It’s slow like emails but it’ll do. At least I’m not getting generic messages anymore. But worst case scenario, I will definitely be reporting this to FTC and Cybersecurity and what ever other authorities need to know of this breach and PayPal’s lack of action.
