Unauthorized transactions!!

Am I the only one getting **bleep** with unauthorized transactions in this devastating time if catastrophe??!!

Hi @Castle11. I hope that everybody is well within the family. It's quite sad that things like this still happen amidst the pandemic that we are having. We are always here to give you ways to continuously protect you. If you notice a transaction that you didn’t authorize, let us know right away in the Resolution Center: Go to the Resolution Center. Click Report a Problem. Click the transaction you want to report and click Continue. Select "I want to report a transaction that I didn't authorize." Follow the steps to report the transaction. Once you have filed an unauthorized transaction dispute, we'll investigate the transaction. You'll receive an email within 10 days to provide you additional information. Hope this helps. Stay safe.
