I have payment, which I did not send (at least I am not aware of). I mean, this payment was made for some online player. I did make a case for this payment. And here is what I do not understand. The answer from Paypal is: "After reviewing your case, we have determined that this transaction was unauthorized and therefore not covered by PayPal buyer protection." So I opened a case because the payment was not authorized and want my money back. Paypal confirmed this payment was not authorized (!) AND therefore they cannot send me money back? Does this make any sense?
Is there a way how to take money back?
