Today, the user is Murat Alp Unauthorizedly broke into my paypal account and was charged 660 Euros.
I reported this payment to PayPal, however, they told me the following:
"Thank you for reporting this case. After reviewing your case, we found that this transaction was not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. We've noted the account changes you reported with this case."
How is it possible for something like this to happen?
