Hi So was awoken on the early hours of 8th Jan 2020 texts and an email from paypal saying had i sent a payment of £165 to something called sneakersnstuff and that they thought this was suspicious activity. It was fraudulemt and not me therefore i was straight on the phone to Amex who said raise it with paypal. I then raised a dispute with the transaction on paypal. Got an email the same day saying yes the transaction was unauthorised and that i would be refunded the full amount. Since i have had no further updates on my case only an email to say something is being delivered to someone i don't know from sneakersnstuff with my money!!!!!!! On paypal it says the case is closed and it says the transactiom won't be refunded!!!! Absolutely fuming and upset!! Initially it was paypal who contacted me to say this payment was suspicious! Why are they now saying they wont refund me??? The money has been taken from my american express card !! I have now raised the issue AGAIN with Amex but what is Paypal playing at?? Terrible customer service. Someone help!!!!
