I made a sale through Ebay for a product. After shipping out this product a dispute was made through paypal stating that the purchase was unauthorized. The product was delivered 2 weeks ago to the address provided by Paypal & Ebay. The tracking information has been provided along with receipts. My payment has been on hold for over 2 weeks. When I call PayPal they state that I have to wait for the bank to conduct an investigation. However, this is sufficient evidence and under Seller protection I should receive the payment regardless. They are barely doing anything to help. It is not my fault that PayPal does not have their security in order to prevent unauthorized transactions. Has anyone else had to deal with this issue with paypal?
