Hello all...
Just received another one of those annoying Unauthorized Payment claims... this by a woman who left feedback about the purchase... is there some kind of glitch in the system? Never had this problem when eBay was running the show... what's going on?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
