Two transactions displayed on my summary. The person in question is a total stranger to me and I certainly did not send TWICE to that person £1500. Yet PayPal say there is no foul play
@AnthonyF71How to receive a refund for unauthorized transactions? I and you are in the same boat and @paypal doesn't have an answer why there is money been taken from people's accounts. serious investigation need as their report a problem always says there was no unauthorized access.
