Unauthorised Uber Transactions from Uber Eats

I have 2 x Uber Eats transactions - on a seemingly rolling contract. 

I live in the UK. 

I dont even have an Uber account, and have definitely NOT done these transactions. 

Paypal have said these are authorised payments. 

Having checked this site, looks like a common scam that Paypal take no responsibility for. 

Beware hackers can get into your account.  I will be looking for an alternative payment method to swap to from paypal. 

Can anyone recommend how I can report this fraud, with a better response than the paypal team? Thanks

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
