Recently my gmail paypal and steam were hacked, they then used my paypal to send money to themselves but when I disputed it and told them it was unauthorised they then told me it was authorised and didnt refund the transaction when i clearly just told them it was unauthorised? What do I do?

What is not considered an Unauthorized Transaction

The following are NOT considered Unauthorized Transactions:

If you give someone access to your PayPal account (by giving them your login information) and they use your PayPal account without your knowledge or permission. You are responsible for transactions made in this situation.
Invalidation and reversal of a payment as a result of the actions described under Refunds, Reversals and Chargebacks.

So I guess the hacking of your email address + steam account paypal would consider your responsibility in not keeping your paypal account safe maybe??
