I have NOT AUTHORISED Todays (17/3/2021) payment of $77.20 that is pending on my bank account by Shenz <removed> a merchant from PayPal. PayPal says they didn't take the money,obviously their merchant has ordered them. Either way I've had enough I want this transaction cancelled and refunded if necessary. This always happens tgru PayPal. How can we stop this happening?
