I have had a payment withdrawn from my paypal from ebay UK Limited, this is a fraud address, email isn't real and it says its a 'pre-approved payment' but I didnt have any pre-approved payments on my account. I raised a dispute and paypal have closed it straight away saying it wasn't covered? It won't give me the option to contest this either. I need to know how the payment was taken and fully expect a refund. Anyone know how to fix this or challenge it?<removed>
