Unable to respond to dispute

I am unable to respond to a dispute. I keep getting an "Oops, something went wrong on our end" error, and to try again later. It's been happening for the last 2 days. I only have until Oct 13th to respond. I used the message function to ask for help this morning but haven't heard back. Have tried Chrome and Safari. Is there a phone number I can call? I haven't found one on the website

I hope Paypal takes their technical difficulties into consideration when they arbitrarily close our disputes

That is my concern @janch87 , I have the same issue and they always claim they physically cannot re-open a closed dispute. They had better make some exceptions to that rule, this is just outrageous.
