Unable to open a case in case of a Lepinworld order

An order was made on Lepinworld.com and payment was madenvia Paypal, but the item i recieved has serious quality problems. Even i got the email from Paypal regarding the payment i am not able to find the payment in my activity history and therefore i can not open a dispute here on the webpage. I Also tried to send several messages to paypal through the message center and via email and facebook but i recieved only automatic responses. Does anyone have any idea how could i handle this case and ask Paypal to provide help instead of automatic responses? Thank You in advance!

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you, more phones are gradually getting back online. 
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
