I am unable to file a dispute because my purchase will says pending, but it already charged my card. I purchased the item over 2 weeks ago and the seller is unresponsive. I messaged them many times and they were active over a week ago. I need help with filing a dispute so I can get my money back.

If its showing as pending then the seller has not been paid.
If pending or pending / unclaimed then if it does not complete it will time out 30 days post payment.
If it completes then you would be able to file a dispute.
Advice is voluntary.
