@kernowlass The PayPal account I registered in the UK used a fake name and was restricted. I have a regular PayPal account in China. I just want to change my visa card to my Chinese PayPal account so that I can use my PayPal account normally in China. I want to untie my visa card and close my UK account. This is my only request.
