I recently purchased some in game credits on a video game and I have done so before in the past with no problem but this time paypal deemed it fraudulant and refunded my payment without asking me or verifying with me. This caused my video game account on steam to become locked and banned. I have spent thousands of hours playing these games and hundreds of dollars on these games and now I can not play or access them. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could cancel this refund and make my purchase go through.
