UNDELIVERED GOODS

In January 1921 I ordered and paid for (via Ebay) goods valued at £52.71. The goods were not delivered to me, and as I needed them urgently, I purchased them locally. I have proof from the carrier that the goods were destroyed whilst in their possession and not delivered.

I have followed the resolution procedures set out by Ebay and PayPal. Both have chosen to close the cases without resolution.

The seller does not reply to either my emails or telephone messages.

I have contacted Citizens Advice who are helpful, but have limited resources.

Is there another course of action that I can take? or is there another organisation that may help me?
