Need Help About Address Verification

I'm having some problems with the transaction. I'm not able to receive or send the money from PayPal. Paypal asked me for verification & I verified my identity with my passport. But I couldn't verify the proof of address. I collected the account statement from the bank (Bank Muscat). Though the statement contains my full name no address is mentioned there. I also have my residential card which is issued from Oman Government(my nationality is Bangladeshi). Can I be able to verify anyhow with these documents?

I was notified by email to verify my proof of identity and residence. Which i did. My PayPal account still not assessable. Please advise urgently . Thank you
