Trying to call paypal

Hi I have tried multiple times to speak to an agent. It rings and then goes silent, no waiting music or anything!

I am trying to get immediate help about a dispute which I need to respond to in 2 days. 

How can I get hold of a live agent?

In my experience you would be better served immediately going to the police and your bank to address disputes with PayPal purchases. PayPay did not protect the purchaser and instead wasted 8 months of my time with requests, demands, and hoops while enabling the seller to keep my money and not provide the item purchased. Be forewarned!
