Hello I’m new here but hopefully you can help me with this scam bot. So I found out that my PayPal account is negative and the person who is charging me is named Lauren and I tried to contact PayPal but they declined my dispute saying that I authorized the payment. Luckly my bank declined most of them but PayPal didn’t so now I dony know what to do.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
