Think I have been scamed

I bought a tool table from Laire LLC. It has turn out to be a scam. When it did not come in I called fedex. They said the saler had sent me somebody else tracking number. They told me i was scamed and to contact my bank and try to get my money back. The saler agreed to send me a refund. But never did. Please help.
