Wayfair and UPS submitted payments to paypal and paypal took the money off my debit card. I filed a complaint with PayPal,which they immediately closed. I have spent around 14 hours on the phone with Wayfair, most of it on hold. Wayfair does this all the time to their customers. UPS IS STILL SITTING IN PENDING. AND DESPITE MY COMPLAINT PAYPAL paid two other payments to UPS.
Mayfair says "I don't know how this happened. Now I am going to have to close my paypal account because of paypal ineptitude. Don't trust paypal or the two vendors. I am going to open a pay account with Amazon. Any thoughts?
