PayPal employee Anith <removed> sent me an email asking me to send ID documentation. Of course she/he didn't explain where to send it to exactly or how to send it for that matter and you're not allowed to reply to the email to ask, so you're basically stuck. If you try asking the company via the website all you get is an automated reply which doesn't help in the slightest. What a joke this is turning out to be especially as I only wanted limits lifted. Now my account has been frozen and there doesn't seem to be any way out of the predicament. I really do hope I won't have to go to PayPal's offices to ask for help but that's what it increasingly looks like I'm going to have to do.
