Absolutely the worst service experience from PayPal and HK SOWEWAY INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CO., LIMITED I have had a disputed claim in with PayPal since 4/6/2020 for items that were not as advertised. Sent the items back but still have not received a refund. Lodged details and followed up with PayPal for them to continually extend the estimated case resolution date time and time again.
I know things are slow because of Covid but this is just ridiculous what happened to providing a refund and following up with seller, any suggestions
