I recentl purchased a tent from an online company and paid by PayPal. The tent never arrived but a very cheap and nasty pair of sunglasses did. I have placed a dispute and the Chinese have said that if I return the item they will refund my money. Even this small package sent back to China will cost me about the same amount as the cost of the tent £25. Anyhow why should I have to pay return postage for an item I did not order or want?
