I too was ripped off by a company offering to sell clogs with cute designs. My wife found it on face book and sent it to of the ones she wanted for Christmas. So, I purchased them only to wait and wait and never receive the item. They did answer emails with lame excuses but never a refund or solution. Just broken promises that the product was on its way. Long story short... I got on PayPal to open a dispute and can’t find the transaction ever occurred. Did it? Or perhaps did PayPal already know about this fictitious seller and never send the money to them? I since read reviews of Stablizy.com and the many other scammed buyers like me.

My daughter is on the Varsity cheer squad so when I saw these cute “personalized” w/ her name on it cheer clogs on Facebook from Stablizy.com I, against my better judgment bc I usually don’t order things off of Facebook ads, immediately ordered them thinking she would LOVE them & they would be a cute Christmas gift. Along with the clogs I also ordered myself one of the water tracker bottles that was on the website. I made this order on November 9,2020 spending a total of $58.36 (including shipping). I received my 1st email on Nov. 10th saying order was received & would be available for shipping in 5-10 days (HUGE lie). Of course, after that I started receiving the “producing takes time”, “please understand & allow more time”, and  “almost done”  emails. November 21st, I FINALLY receive an email stating the clogs were completed and were leaving the factory & traveling to warehouse to be classified & labeled for shipping. November 23rd, I received ANOTHER email/EXCUSE about shipping delay and that tracking would be updated automatically and they were gonna be generous (LOL) and give me 20% off next order! First off, I’ve NEVER received a tracking # to be updated “automatically” and you can keep your 20% off of a “next order” because why in the heck would anyone EVER order from these scammers again? Just give me my money back!!!! Strange thing about this is that I did however receive the water tracker bottle that I ordered from the website but I’m almost positive that it was from a different company (64 Hydro) and I don’t think I got it until some time in Dec. BUT at least it did actually come.

Good luck getting PayPal to help you get any of your money back from this fraudulent company. PayPal is just as bad as Stablizy is. I started the claim process and provided PLENTY (probably over 20 emails & screenshots of the discussions between Stablizy and I) of proof that they asked for but then said emails weren’t good enough. Stablizy split my order into 2 transactions on PayPal and only actually sent me 1 of my items which was the water bottle I NEVER received the clogs!!! They provided tracking # for the bottle so PayPal sided with them even though I had emails admitting I hadn’t gotten the clogs AFTER the delivery date associated with the tracking number of course that PROOF wasn’t good enough!!! Then PayPal says I can return bottle stating item received wasn’t what I ordered but then I would STILL be out of $25 or $30. Stablizy is a scam and PayPal is just as bad because they side with scammers and allow them to steal from their “valued customers”

On Nov 18, 2020 I placed an online order for one pair of clogs. I received an email on Nov 30, 2020 from Stablizy stating that my order was complete and leaving the factory and traveling to their warehouse where it would be classified and labeled for shipping. On Dec 2, 2020 I received another email from Stablizy stating that due to COVID 19 my order was not being shipped as there was a delay. On Dec 12, 2020 I sent an email requesting an update got no response. On Dec 18, 2020 I sent a follow up email for an update as I had not received a response previously. On Dec 19, 2020 I received a response from Army Smith with Stablizy stating to me the same thing that the Dec 2, 2020 email stated to me about the COVID 19 delay. I requested to speak to a supervisor after that response but I was responded with another same excuse of the virus instead. Yet again on Dec 20,2020 I requested a refund if the shoes would not be delivered to me prior to Christmas for my daughter or supervisor info with no response. I followed up Dec 22, 2020 and again my response was not with what I had requested but rather it was telling me I could not get a refund and that my order was in transit so it could not be canceled (however I was just told previously that my order was delayed and not in transit). I responded asking for supervisor info yet again, Dec 24, 2020 I was given a response with no supervisor info rather stating to me that I would have a tracking number and my order would be pushed to be done and I was offered percentage off for a future order. I responded Dec 24, 2020 once again requesting the supervisor info and stating there would be no future purchases made as this was the worst experience I had ever had. I ordered these shoes on November 18, 2020 more than 30 days prior to Christmas. Here we are January 1, 2021 and still no shoes, no supervisor info, no refund, and no tracking number. I filed complaint with BBB but no response from the company so they closed my case. I just filed a dispute with PayPal. My charge was not under stablizy it was under Maxawe Co Ltd.
