I too was ripped off by a company offering to sell clogs with cute designs. My wife found it on face book and sent it to of the ones she wanted for Christmas. So, I purchased them only to wait and wait and never receive the item. They did answer emails with lame excuses but never a refund or solution. Just broken promises that the product was on its way. Long story short... I got on PayPal to open a dispute and can’t find the transaction ever occurred. Did it? Or perhaps did PayPal already know about this fictitious seller and never send the money to them? I since read reviews of Stablizy.com and the many other scammed buyers like me.

I have had the same experience with homevibez. They are the same street address. If you find a phone number let me know.

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item OR service
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. Paypal will review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.

If you lose because seller provides a fake tracking number (likely) then post back for more advice.
If the item arrives and its tat the make sure you CHANGE the dispute quickly before it closes to 'not as described'.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

Also make sure you have activated the below link in case you have to return it.
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/returns (or correct one for your country).

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I purchased 3 Crocs from Homevibez and received product updates up to “we are ready to ship” then no contact. I did not receive shipping info. They do not respond to their support email nor contact forms. They do not have a phone number I cannot find the purchase transaction? What was your outcome with them?

Look under the date you ordered. It doesn’t come through as stablizy comes through as Chinese name.

I saw on the BBB website, the same problem with stablizy.  The BBB had their so called address in Houston TX.  I went there on Google maps and looked up the address of 4595 Polk St.  The only thing was the last 4500 block number was 4545 Polk St.  Then there was a cross street, then the numbers with 5007 Polk St.  They don't exist in Houston.  They're either from Asia or Africa, I.E. Nigeria.  I'm contact my credit card to dispute it.  It's been almost been 3 months, and like others, they will answer your emails with lame excuses.

Big time scam. Bad reviews all over the internet. Filed claim with PayPal and within a week got all my money back. I suggest everyone do the same.

@Heybeerman95 @ I wish PayPal would get with the program and give me mine back too. I’ve had my claim filed since December 28,2020 and have been checking back daily for a reply ever since. You would think that with as many people commenting here they wouldn’t have to “investigate” (what they claim to be doing now in my case” too much.

Got ripped off by them also, but was charged to my PayPal account but under a different Company name. The order number says Stablizy but the charge was to something different "SCRATCHACOL". have also discovered the address for the co dont exsist. PayPal needs to block them and reverse all payments to this scam.
