Someone else used my account

So i was still logged in on my exs phone and i got an email saying my paypal account had been used but i went to my activity to cancel it it wasn't there. What do i do

To quote a specific part of it;

Paypal will only consider it an unauthorized transaction if you did not authorize their access to your account, if this is the case, you'll be able to call them and request a dispute be opened for that reason. If your "ex" had access to your paypal, as authorized by you, prior to being considered an "ex", paypal cannot reimburse you for this.
