Smileyhomey named also as Brillaire.com

I've ordered 2 one kit, Brillaire.com, payment made the smileyhomey. Com I ve been forced to pay manually by PayPal, using their link, but at my PayPal account there is not the report, only on my email I have the transaction and payment codes. How can I have money back, I ve received only one thing in the photo, they didn't send me the product, but totally different thing. The support of this webs doesn't respond. Now I saw the webs are blocked. But I still have all info on my emails. How can I do help please.

Nobody can't resolve our problems, PayPal should block suspect transactions. If PayPal assure to be 100% secure payments...seems is not secure until scammers using to fraud people who trust to paypal system

I have emailed smiley and Brillaire customer service and buy more emails back. PayPal doesn't care. They have blocked me when trying to report this. <removed>
