I’m trying to understand why my dispute should be anything but immediately resolved with all the other people that are being scammed by this company ! What are we is customer is going to do about this ! they are sending false tracking information ,emails if you get them or telling you to wait for your product (Really??) when it was months, and they won’t send you a refund, then they send you something totally cheap when you put in a dispute , and it was nothing like what I ordered (I ordered rhinestone sneakers and I received literally craft glitter slippers must be worth about two dollars ) and yet PAYPAL is not standing behind their customers! This company shouldn’t even be allowed to use PayPal as a platform for payment they should be taken to court they are stealing money from hundreds if not thousands of people! I am not going to stop at pursuing this and I will pursue PAYPAL if need be if something isn’t done about my charges from shopping technology LTD
