I recently made some transfers to my partner in the UK, these transfers were declined because she had not yet verified her account.
So they were refunded, I have received the full refund for the value that I attempted to send, but not the service charges. Which amount to a fairly large quantity.
Upon further inspection I see that they have been refunded to my Paypal balance, however my balance is still zero. Where is that money right now? I can't imagine there are any delays in displaying a number on my balance when the money was already with Paypal.
