I tried ordering PayPal Cash Card. But I got an error message notification. Stating that I needed to upload a file for proof of address for PayPal to verify to prove and verify my identity. Before I could order the PayPal Cash card I have no utility bills in my name. I don't have an I. D, nor a Driver's license, nor any kind of school I. D, nor any kind of government benefits, nor a passport. My cell phone service is boost mobile so therefore it's prepaid. As in month to month. No contract. No bill. ... Please please please help
