I have been charged 110 euro by a dodgy company called Semalt ( see https://www.trustpilot.com/review/semalt.com & https://www.infosecurity-magazine.com/news/semalt-hijacks-hundreds-of/ ) that I didn't authorise and which I disputed with PayPal. PayPal sent me an auto generated email which somehow decided the payment was "not unauthorised" so rejected my claim( without any clarification). Has anyone else had this problem whereby PayPal supports dodgy internet companies over their long term and legitimate customers and is there anything I can do to change the outcome as they block me from re opening the ticket?
