I purchased an 3 items, didnt receive them,made a claim with paypal. I contacted the seller and said to cancel my order. One item was finally delivered. Seller said my other 2 items would be cancelled and my money refunded in 5-15 days. 16 days later my money was not refunded, I emailed the seller about my refund- was told to drop the claim and then my money will be refunded. REALLY??? I’ve tried to reach paypal by message to update them about this mess
