Unfair dispute

I have had a dispute denied as seller said they sent item.  I sent a picture of what was sent and that it was not what was ordered.  I ordered 4 95 masks from a company that ended up being Vu Tien Dung.  I did not receive them just got automated e-mails from company and Paypal believed seller not buyer.  I want to re open the dispute but can never actually speak to anyone at paypal

Currently having the same problem With this same company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and four days later the item arrived-a piece of thin foam not even worth $.50
