Paypal have been reviewing it ever since and no update has been done so yet. The case is estimated to close tomorrow. Case id is :PP-D-80278079
I also can't seem to contact a rep from them. Terrible service.
As much as PayPal customer service DOES suck, noting that the case is scheduled to end "tomorrow" is the key point.
If the estimated seller response has exceeded that date, it's not really an issue SO LONG AS PayPal don't exceed that specified resolution date.
Many buyers/sellers don't respond, that actually works in your favour.
