So paid $114 for something that should've been $250. That should have been my first clue. Never received the item, but the seller was able to find a valid UPS tracking number that was shipped to my hometown shortly after I ordered the spa chlorinator item. My question is can I take this any farther with UPS or PayPal? My claim with PayPal was denied this morning because of this fraudulent shipping information. I went to a few other sites to research them and sure enough, Fuzzfro is scamming others. Any suggestions on next steps?

Hello, @cmcp758. Having a problem with a purchase and then with a dispute is certainly no good! I hope the following information is helpful.
In this situation, PayPal would need a document from the shipper saying the seller used a different address other than the one we provided in the transaction details. The document would have to be on UPS letterhead (or other official documentation), but they would not have to provide the address the seller used. Only that the address used does not match your PayPal shipping address.
When a dispute is closed, the buyer and seller have 10 days to submit an appeal via the Resolution Center. If it's past 10 days or if you can't submit an appeal for some other reason, please communicate with Customer Service by logging on to your PayPal account, clicking Contact at the bottom of any page and then selecting the topic that best fits your concern. Please scroll through each page to the bottom after selecting a topic to be sure you see all the prompts/links that might lead to a channel of communication.
If you prefer, you may send a Private Message via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/paypalusa) or you may send a Twitter DM to @AskPayPal.
I hope this is helpful. Thanks for your patience during this time.
Sincerely,
Michael
