Hello. So my Paypal account got hacked somehow and person who hacked it bought and Item from a shop called "LuxLu" for 178 EUR. I called my bank, they froze my card, changed its numbers and everything and they told me to contact Paypal. So I reported that transaction immediately but they answered "We have been unable to provide any refund on the transactions listed.". How do I get my money back then? Because I didn't do that transaction I just woke up when I heard notification on my phone that somebody used my account to pay for their clothes or whatever. Can someone help me?
