I’ve been scammed! I opened a dispute for billing, but was denied. I then tried to open another dispute, but I only have one option and it’s not item not received. Can I not still fight this? Here is what I sent in the first dispute.... This is a scam! I ordered what was supposed to be a Toro Lawn Striper, but never received an order confirmation email. I only got a PayPal receipt. The PayPal email for seller was odd, tried to cancel, no reply. I opened a dispute, and received an email saying it was shipped. We first problem was that the package only weighed 0.70 lbs when I know for a fact it weighs over 10 lbs! 2nd problem was it said it was delivered today, but it was not delivered to my house. It stated it was delivered at 3:12 pm, but upon review of my security camera UPS Never showed! I called UPS to file a lost package. I gave them the tracking number that was given to me and the UPS representative said my name did not match the recipient! UPS would not give anymore info and said I need to contact the seller, but I have multiple times and no answer. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!
