I’m so stupid. I am on a very fixed income and desperate to save my home. A man by the name of Kurt <removed> offered to help me. I was so desperate for help I let him scam me out of money instead of helping me. I paid him through PayPal so everyone please be careful. He’s good. And he will have your money and disappear before you know it.

Did you pay via friends/family? if NOT then open a dispute for non receipt of item.

If you did pay that way then did you fund the paypal payment via a credit card in which case you could 'try' a chargeback.

Lastly if they are in your country do you have something like a small claims court?
