So I go to my account someone added there email in my contact info page where i send money too ...it has the fraud account email they added which then they go and take my PayPal account wipe clean ..then makes a purchase of 2,000 that I don't have and then amother 15,000 which was canceled ..i went to dispute this and the information comes back as nothing wrong with my account ..i dont have a Russian emial ..i need help on my account asap ..this is horrible
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
