So, I bought needed items. Contacted the seller but to no avail. Complained to Paypal of non receipt of my items. The seller sent a tracking number. The tracking history later said the package was delivered, but I have not gotten the items. Informed Paypal but my complaint was closed in favor of the seller. Is there anyone who can relate?
