Hi I bought some speakers off facebook marketplace and paid the seller through goods and services. All throughout this week he kept making various excuses as to why he hadn’t posted them then today said he would refund me but has now blocked me on facebook so I can no longer contact him. Can someone please advise as to what to do? I understand goods and services has buyer protection but i’ve been on the resolution centre etc and all I can do is report the item as not arrived and message the seller which is obviously useless
