So I got scammed by this person that I was meant to get an item off of and they sent me a PayPal link to send the money through but PayPal didn’t even give me a choice of friends or business and I have asked the seller to send me my item and I still haven’t received it they have also blocked me and aren’t picking up their calls. I do not know what to do and I filed a dispute but PayPal said that they can’t refund me my money I don’t know what to do. Should I call PayPal tomorrow?? They really aren’t helping I thought PayPal was safe?
