I recently sent somebody money in return for concert tickets but didn’t ever receive them. I opened up a dispute but i just wanted to know if it was possible to get the money back if they already accepted the money if it was a scam.
If you are covered by buyer protection and paypal found in your favour then if the seller didn't refund paypal would do so under their buyer protection programme, make sure you escalate to a claim and wait for paypal to sort things.
