Scam - have not been given a refund

So I tried to get a refund from a company as they didn't even send the item. I opened a dispute but opened it incorrectly. I opened it as "unauthorised transaction" but should of opened it up as "I didn't receive item." As I made this mistake I cant get refunded properly from a company which is clearly a scam. Can anyone advise on how to open a dispute again as the first dispute is a mistake?

Try opening it in Ebay also.

I have wait a month to get anything from Paypal. Still waiting!!! good luck with Paypal. I find it hard to trust them.

Thanks! but I didn't purchase the item on Ebay. Hopefully Paypal can help me with this issue
