Scam company: Dolltu.com = PayPal wont help and there's no live person to speak to!

I think it's time for me to shut my PayPal account and warn others to do the same.

I am waiting for an agent to respond to me, but basically I ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday through PayPal.

It was over the weekend, so I couldn't contact the seller. Yesterday (Monday), I tried in vain to get in touch with the seller - nothing!

I have not had confirmation from the seller either. They are using this website illegally and Paypal is complicit! They know about this company, yet they continue to trade with them, to the detriment of their loyal customers.
If they refuse my claim one more time, I will report PayPal and this company to the FTC and report this as a theft to the police.

Placed an order with Dolltu

Never received email confirmation of my order placed May 9, 2020, but I did take a screenshot of the webpage confirmation with order#.

PayPal account was the same day in full.

No response from vendor requests made to "contact" email address.

Rapid busy signal received upon dialing phone posted on website

Purchase was disputed through PayPal when there was no response and no merchandise.

PayPal dismissed the dispute when vendor sent tracking info for USPS that showed shipment date 3 weeks before order was placed and delivery 2 days before order was placed!!  Delivery address was not identified.  Now does this seem like fraud??

Contacted PayPal customer service number today but it is closed due to COVID-19.  Waited on chat for 1 1/2 hours before being disconnected.

Also disputed the charge today through credit card company.

I'm going thru the same thing right now with Dolltu.com. The exact same thing happened to me. Paypal is no help at all, I thought they kept there members from getting scammed that's the reason I got an account with them. It's just not right at all.
