Hi I bought a pair of books from a seemingly UK site but they turned up weeks later from China and completely different. I opened a dispute and PayPal said I need to send back and they’ll refund postage up to £15. However, the seller is saying I must use UPS or they won’t accept the parcel and that’s going to cost a lot more than £15. Can a use a Royal Mail tracking service instead? Would this cover me with PayPal? Thanks!
