Hi Everyone,
its been 3 weeks now, that I have been contacting Paypal and no hope from them. they just generate automated replies which arent helpful at all. Im stuch with an error saying "System Error please try again later"and this happens 3 weeks now. All the time when I try to submit that requirement. Can someone from paypal representative who can walk through with me until im done, or how can I reach from when im not from US through call.
